MESHPRO was founded in 2018 by Simon Kemmer and his brother Julian Kemmer. However, the idea of 3D-printed grips came to Simon even earlier: in 2016, at the young age of 16, he built his own 3D printer and, as a passionate sports shooter, quickly developed the idea of producing enhanced components for his air rifle. To achieve this, he created a unique mesh structure (MESH) that allows for airflow while providing exceptional grip and durability. After initial prototypes of the MESH-design grip were successfully tested, Simon and his brother Julian, a business economist and fellow sports shooter, established MESHPRO with the support of their father, Uwe Kemmer, as part of their family’s stainless-steel manufacturing business.
